Adrian is the managing director of UCE with over 25 years of business management experience, he has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He is responsible for UCE’s firm dedication to profitability and growth. He is also responsible for providing UCE with a valuable network of sources that allows us to become ever increasingly integrated into the UK’s educational industry.
Mei Wang

Mei is Co-Managing director, a Chinese national whose 15 years’ experience in business development in both China and the UK have provided her with a holistic understanding of the needs and expectations of both those individuals and those educational institutions who rely on her ability to consistently discover and maintain business relations.
Bi Ma
Director
Bi is UCE’s marketing director who has practical experience in specifically assessing the educational needs of clients. She is the added personal touch that comes with all UCE business relations. She is able to provide clients with a full understanding of the enormous benefits that come with being a part of your institution. Additionally her close relationship with clients in China allow her to fortify client satisfaction.
Daniel Ibbertson
Marketing and Recruitment Account Manager
Daniel’s previous experience in the sales and marketing field has helped him become a key member of the UK China Education work force. Using social media as a way to build interest and to showcase the company’s core principles, Daniel looks for new ways of finding new qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join the team in China.
Paul Brewster
International schools consultant
Paul Brewster is a career teacher who was a Headmaster for over 18 years and has considerable experience of both independent day and boarding schools in the UK as well as international schools overseas.
Paul began his teaching career in 1981 as Head of Maths/ICT at Eagle House, Sandhurst. In 1988 he moved to become Head of Maths/ICT and Director of Studies at Dean Close Preparatory School, Cheltenham and in 1995 he was appointed as Headmaster at St Mary’s Prep School, Lincoln. He moved on to become Headmaster of Foremarke Hall (Repton Prep School), one of the leading prep schools in the Midlands, in 2000. After seven years service he moved to Prague in the Czech Republic, to take up the position of the first Principal of the English International School, (2-18 year olds) covering National Curriculum, IGCSE and IB. In 2009 he returned to the UK to become Headmaster of the prestigious Beacon School, in Amersham (a boys’ day school for 3-13 year olds).
After 18½ highly successful years as a Head, Paul moved back to Repton in Sept 2013 to become the Chief Education Officer for Repton School’s International Division, overseeing all education matters for the three schools in the UAE, and since late 2014 he has set up his own consultancy company to help advise schools and parents both in the UK and abroad.
Clair Stevens
Early years Education Expert
Clair has worked with Sheffield University to gather young children’s views of their early years settings. She is a lecturer at Christ Church University in Canterbury, UK and is one of our early years education specialists with experience in child development, child health and environments for young children. Clair has provided lectures in China both at several conferences and teacher training colleges.
